Wellbeing isn’t complex – as a matter of fact, it’s so simple that I might make you laugh with it. You are a being, right? And you want to be well, right? Then you’re seeking wellbeing.
We do so many things each day to thwart our own wellbeing – my goal with both of these podcasts is to give you easy ways to remember to focus on your wellbeing.
