What are you living for? What lights you up and makes you want to do it more and more? What do you love so much you’d do it for free if you had no bills to pay?

That’s what you need to do more of.

For me, it’s doing things with my dogs, and with people who love dog sports. I love dog sports so much that my Wednesdays are loaded up with dog training classes that I’m either taking or teaching.

Whatever it is for you, honor your need to have it in your life. Schedule it into your calendar when you can – plan vacations around it – invite friends who love it to join you in doing what you love.

When you do what you love to do, it elevates everything else you do because it’s a wonderful way to relieve stress. So find that thing that you’re living for and do it as much as you possibly can.
