Do you like processes that are science-backed?
Would you like a simple, science-based process for self-development?

Here you go – a study conducted by the University College of London in 2009 and published in the European Journal of Social Psychology found that a behavior can be changed, and that it takes an average of 66 days to do it.

Here is your formula – form the intention to change or add a certain behavior, perform the behavior around an already-established behavior each day, keep a log or journal as you work to add the behavior and don’t beat yourself up if you miss a day. Just do it the next day as if nothing happened.

Soon, you won’t have to think about doing the new thing – it will be a practice, then will be a routine, and then it will feel weird to not do it.
