The trick is – you can always be doing something you like or love when you use neuroplasticity to shape your feelings. For instance, I really don’t like anything that has to do with paperwork and numbers. When tax time rolls around you should see me finding a thousand other things to do besides organize things for my tax guy. When I finally remember to make it a game instead of a chore, my feelings shift from annoyance and avoidance to being intrigued and interested. Do I love it? No, but I don’t hate it anymore.
